Service with a smile at another level

I went into Spec Savers Amanzimtoti, Galleria Mall. What nice, professional, caring people. Everyone of them took time to be kind and caring and assist me with a smile. They explained the process, assisted with my medical aid claim, kept me updated via calls(not sms) and bend over backwards to make my experience of getting glasses for the first time an enjoyable one. You very seldom get great customer service now days, a lot of shops could learn a thing or two from these staff members. Thank you
