Service par excellence at Specsavers, Promenade Mall
I went to their outlet in the Promenade Mall in Mitchells Plain yesterday [10th February 2025], for a problem with the arm of my specs. The reception was excellent, and then I was attended to by a young man, Magmoed. I left that store with a big smile as the problem was solved in a "jiffy". It was service with compassion by Magmoed. Thanx for making me feel valued.
