Service Excellence at its Best!!
Further an initial negative experience I am pleased to share how the branch manageress Adele turned the entire experience into a magnificent positive one. Not only did she resolve the matter she went over and beyond by personally overseeing my wife’s new spectacles in a friendly and professional manner. We are extremely grateful and appreciative. Service excellence is hard to find nowadays however our experience was nothing but spectacular!!
