service complaint pathetic service

practically two damn months after my specticals u went back because I noted some difference on my glass. I spoke to one of the consultants at spec savers St George's cape town and first she advised she will send it to lab for repairs I drove back and forth. i had to sacrifice my working hours to fix my specticals and I cannot go without it. she advised i must come back. upon return she advised again I have to pay to have it fixed as u see this is a manufacturing default with my specticals. she also advised it could be my grandchildren that broke it . I am very upset with the service and the manner this was addressed I paid so much money for this specs and spec savers is one of the favourite places I would recommend for glasses. as for the experience I am ****ed of and would tell people not to go there!!!! they wasted my time and money!!!!
