Service beyond expectation - Somerset Mall branch

Good afternoon,

In response to a recent visit to Specsavers Somerset Mall, I write this in response.

A company, taken from a business owner myself, is known by the effectiveness of it's front-line, first line of response to the customer.

I have to, in honest response to my recent visit, give heed to what was experienced by myself.

Your team from what I have seen for myself is fully effective, friendly and professional. Courteous and knowledgeable of what is expected. Ms Shante Saayman, your patience, recommendation and custumer needs insight and suggestions were duly appreciated. Optometrist, he was super friendly and professional.

I gladly give a highly recommended review pertaining to future customers and suggest all to expect service beyond expectations as I was given.
