Service and product

It was my first time at spec saver and it was the one in lakeside mall. The service ther was ****py... I got in. went straight to a consultant spoke to her then she picked up her phone while I was talking to he. made me wait till she told me to go sit and wait for.... I don't know who. I waited and in bad an appointment. I literally had to watch all the consultants walk by and not giving me any attention until I got up to tell one that I have an eye appointment.

I picked up my spectacles on the 29/01/19 I also had to do a lense fit trial. No was was available to help cos of the time I got ther. So I was booked for a sense fitting. I wasn't happy looking at my file. I wrote my info as is but then the they spelt my name and surname wrong said I was a male the I do ther was wrong. Have the decency to ask me how u spell my name in respect of me.

My other complaint is that I have to take my glasses back cos the vision on is not what I had hoped and my lense is not fit properly in the frame.

Im complaining abt the service. Some of ur consultants are lazy. I'm complaing abt my eye test. My lenses My frame My info And the ****py service
