Sell frames that can't be used!

I was assisted by a lovely lady and optometrist and I have no problem with the staff and I was really happy that Spec-Savers could help me with finance for my very expensive prescription glasses. The problem is however that I ordered the most beautiful sunglasses which I was then told that the lab couldn't make prescription glasses for me. This is extremely disappointing and heart breaking as I really loved these frames and there aren't any other frames that I want for me dark glasses. I am tempted to just go buy my own dark glasses elsewhere.
