Once again an amazing encounter with the 3 ladies at Spec Savers Montclair Mall (Durban). They managed to get my replacement glasses back in a week even though insurance claims take 8-10 working days. I'm moving to Gauteng this weekend so they have done me a huge relief by getting these back to me before I leave. Always a pleasant and satisfying experience dealing with these ladies! They really make you feel valued and important! Thank you so much!
