Rude and aggressive Staff

Spec Saver at festival mall has the rude staff. They called to confirmed my appointment. They then asked if I was on medical aid and I said yes and they aggressively demanded my medical aid Number when I refused to give it over the phone. I simply asked if I could please give those details tomorrow. The continued to ask me what if I don't have funds .......In January discovery always has funds. I really did appreciate the tone. when I called to cancel the appointment and I addressed the issue with the person who answered the phone , It was the same attitude and defending the person's behavior
