I have been using spec savers for years now and I have been loyal for all these years, now when I want to book my eye test and enjoy the promotion I am told i cannot use my own frame for lens enhancements. We are going through a pandemic people don't have money to waste. Your promotion is not helpful at all, you guys do not appreciate loyal customers.

22 Sept 2020, 11:46A lady by the name of Lizanna called me now only to tell me the same thing, I stated to her I have been loyal for so many years and my frame was purchased from spec savers and I want to use my same frame. She did not care about all the years I have been loyal , poor service !!
