Ridiculous excuse for poor quality lenses.
Spec Savers gave me the most ridiculous excuse regarding the quality of their lenses. After I paid them over R8000 my lenses started losing their coating, peeling off and obscuring my view, the lab said it was due to environmental factors!!!!! And refused to repair the lenses.
Envirmental factors??? As if I am not supposed to wear my sunglasses outside in the sun?????
Most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard. I will certainly never return to Spec Savers when there are so many other options out there!
