REVOLTING SERVICE

After visiting the spec savers branch in Musgrave on the 27th of Sep i was very happy, got my eye test done and chose a frame, i was told it would take 3 - 5 working days, they claimed xtra on my medical aid when i called to find out whats going on i was told i'd be called back, after 5hrs no feedback, called again and spoke to a lady who was not helpful at all, frustrated i dropped the call, minutes later received a call saying they will correct the error - nothing has changed on my medical aid, called back today 10 working days later and i am told my specs aren't delivered
