Repairs on Spectacles

Bought my spectacles from spec savers about 2 years ago. Had them repaired 3 times paid R500 for the 2 repairs as the firat one was still under warranty. I understand that I paid for a more affordable option but really 3 repaired and im not the only that is complaining about the quality. My mom has the same and she had hers repaired twice. Can you please take this brand off your shelf and provide us with quality even though its a cheaper brand. I dont have money to be replacing glasses every month. Thank you
