Refund

I bought spec savers at Makhado branch when glasses come back i had to pay the balance of R333.00 but then when i do the transaction i made a mistake i paid R330,00 which was less of R3.00 i communicated with them for refund the transaction was done on the first of July till this day i have not received my refund no communication their service is very poor i have to do follow-up my self i was told the bookkepper is on leave i never anticipated that a big store like Spec- saver can be run like a ****a shop like how Makhado branch is doing i am very dissapointed
