Receptionist Super Woman!

I went in to Spec Savers at Carlswald hoping to claim to get my broken glasses fixed. The friendly receptionist looked at them once and decided this is an easy fix which she got done in less than 5 minutes!! I am beyond impressed and so grateful to her as I was from work and had my 1 year old with me. She made it a pleasant,helpful and super quick experience. It’s so heart warming to see people who still put the customer first and geniunely care to make sure we are satisfied! Thank you to that amazing lady!
