Real Customer Service
I went in to Spec-savers in Queenstown to have the small nose-piece on my glasses replaced, as it had snapped off. I was greeted and attended to straight away, by a very friendly staff member - I unfortunately did not ask for her name. After waiting for a few minutes, she brought me my glasses with both nose pieces replaced, and when I enquired about the cost, told me that there was NO CHARGE! I am amazed and extremely happy that I stopped in, and will recommend them to everyone I speak to. Thank You Spec-Savers!!
