Professionalism

I visited Specsavers Alberton on 18 July 2023 for eye test and we didn't see eye to eye and I complained at head office. My cry was listened to and my case was resolved amicably. But the service in Alberton is professional and I never struggled to get my glasses on time, together with my family. Yes, there is a room for improvement, otherwise I will still use Specsavers Alberton, because they admit their mistakes and correct where it is necessary. Thank you.
