Prescription glasses with UV protection despite asking for as per older pair.

I bought a Pair of glasses at this store on the 22nd of November 2017, They were doing a special at the time where you buy one with another one free. My Eye condition has stigmatism condition direct sunlight hurts them very badly, I asked the store to have an anti-reflective coating and Blue control for computer use. I received a phone call from the store on Wednesday the 29th to collect my glasses when I got to the store the 2nd pair was not available I was promised to be given feedback the following day, and it never happened , i then called into the store on Thursday even after i realized the pair i took had no coating on i was again promised to be responded to by the lady that did my order, again no one came back to me. I would this responded to as soon as possible.
