Poor specs and poor assisatnce

We have had my sons specs made up a few months back. The arm of the spec went skew as well as the frame. We ve sent the glasses back. And all what they did was bent it more. My wife was in for a opp and my attention was there with her hopeing that spec savers would assist in the repair or replacement.. The arm broke off the frame and left my son stranded as its a permanet per of specs. I personally think that it was poor quality and poor assiastance to whim helped him. Due to time not on our side we had to purchase a new frame as my son can not go without. Spec savers sit with the approved claim and us with the broken specs. I am totally disappointed
