Poor service, no process knowledge
What pathetic service from Spec-Saver Claremont. Went to replace my glasses I was told to go get an affidavit. I subsequently did that and went back to process my claim, then I'm told only the manager can process insurance claims and she's not in so I must come back again during the week. I'm annoyed never again.
