Poor service ever seen

On the 19/05/2020 i went there for an eye test and was assisted by the lady named Kgomotso,My eye tested lasted more 3 hours and yet she still couldnt figure out what was wrong. However i went and collected my glasses and i couldnt see anything with them on,When i went to explain to her she told me i needed to pay more money to have them fixed,however i dont understand why are they incorrect to start with bcs i did not do the eye test myself, I feel failed because she did the test and still got it wrong and now she is telling me that i have to add extra cash and yet i have already paid more than R2000.00. Im just confused because it seems as if i was dealing with an ametaur,And i have no guarantee that she will do the correct job even if i still pay extra cash.
