Poor service

The nerve of these unprofessional idiots at Maponya Mall threw my day off completely. I did a walk in on Saturday and was asked to book an appointment which I did for Monday. I get there for the set time only to get told that there’s only one optometrist on duty. So the meetings I’ve postponed and work I’ve set on hold for the stupid appointment we’re all in vain. Call clients and let them know prior that your experiencing issues for the day. Work on your level of professionalism please.
