POOR SERVICE & BAD ATTITUDE FROM SPEC SAVERS DOUGLASDALE

Very POOR SERVICE indeed from Spec Savers in Douglasdale.

My partner has since been waiting for his prescription after numerous and countless times of requesting this with the team. We have spent a lot of money with this branch firstly with his first pair where we paid over 5k cash and later still had calls harassing us for R200 that they say was never paid by Medical aid. What medical aid when the purchase was all cash???? nonetheless when we went back to claim cause my partner lost his glasses we yet again where met with RUDE and ABSOLUTE discussing attitude on the phone demanding payment of R1k of the claim before even the quote period ended. Again we made the payment on top of the also paid the MYSTERIOUS R200 that "Medical Aid" did not pay.

Till today we are still awaiting the prescription we had asked for so nicely. Calling the branch almost every day with being told the optometrist is consulting and they will get back to us.

I would not recommend this branch at all!!! We are definitely not impressed by this service!
