Poor service and turn around time

I went for an eye test on 29 Nov and was told my glasses would be available within 7 to 10 working days On 13 Dec I went to the shop and was told the glasses are not yet there On 117 Dec I again went only to be told the lenses are there they need to be fitted into the lenses the glasses would be ready in an hours time On 20 Dec I phone only to be told my glasses are with the courier somewhere 22 days and counting and no glasses
