POOR SERVICE AND PRODUCT MIX UP

On the 16h of Jan 2016 I went for my annual eye test at the Glen Spec Savers. I then ordered a 6 month supply of contact lenses as well chose a new frame for my glasses. Spec savers was running a promotion and I then chose another frame for sunglasses. I was told that my glasses would take approximately two weeks, however my contact lenses order usually takes about a week to arrive. After a week of not hearing from the store I called on Monday 25th Jan to follow up on the progress of my order. I was told by the attended she would call me back, which she did not. I then called back on the 26th and was referred to Bernice who informed me that my order was on back order due to delays. On the 28th she called me back to let me know my contact lenses were ready, which I fetched on Sunday 31st Jan. At this stage my glasses were not ready, however on Monday 1st Feb she called to say they were ready. When my husband went to fetch my order, the POLICE frame I chose for my GLASSES were actually my SUNGLASSES and the frame I chose for my sunglasses had my glasses lenses in them!! This is extremely frustrating considering all the delays I have experienced!!!! Im done with spec savers THE GLEN!
