POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SKILLS
It is very unfortunate that I should write this email as I have never experienced issues with Spec savers prior to this,

I have upgraded my spectacles with SPECSAVERS (Phoenix Plaza) approximately 2 months back, a month later the frame broke I thereafter took them back to the store and the staff agreed to
Replace them as they were under warranty - 3 weeks later I get a call to advise that there is no stock of the exact frame and I should choose an alternate frame. 3rd visit to store I choose an alternate
Frame and we proceed... a month later still no feedback from the store so my wife goes to the store to query and she receives feedback from a black lady that I never came in to choose the frame.
Time off from work once again.....i go to the store to for the 5th time now and finalise a frame which an indian girl agreed on, today I receive a call that I owe spec savers phoenix plaza a deficit of R212.12
Which I think it absolute nonsense......I have lost numerous hours off work, inconvenience to my wife and myself for a pair of specs still to be advised that I owe an amount.
