Poor Service

This company really needs to look at their rating. If I had known it was so bad I would have chosen to go somewhere else. Don't even answer their phone. Never ever phone you back, not even when they promise they will. You do all the work but pay them. Quite horrified by their customer service, which in fact is non existent. Pity been with them for years. Knysna Mall you won't see me again.
