Poor service

Went for an eye test in Dec 2021and paid in full. Told glasses would be ready on 7 to 14 days 14 Jan 2022 phone and ask if glasses are there. Specsaves say We have no record of you, we have lost your information. An hour later get a call your sunglasses are here but we can't find your glasses. We will call you when we find them or the company emails us back as to where the glasses are My whole family (6) all wear glasses and have always supported Specsavers. This is the send time in two years. We as a family will find another optician
