Poor Service.

30 Jan 2019 I bought 2 pairs of Specs, received them 2 weeks later, I went in today 29/04/2019 to have a pair adjusted, the arms are loose , now I'm being told it can't be repaired, wear and tear? Hardly 3 months old, I only have a warranty on 1 pair, so who decides what pair that should be?

I have never seen anything like this before.

I hardly ever complain, I had to register today.

Shame on you...

I want this resolved.
