Poor Service

I came in January to do eye test and get glasses for my 12 year old. They first gave me a very bad service and now they gave me wrong glasses. My daughter says they are blurry and she can't see a thing and. She just started high school and she seriously needs glasses and this store is just busy playing games. I usually take her to Specsavers in Kloof and they were fully booked. The service there is great, pinetown branch is disappointing.
