Poor service

I went for eye test in Jan and got n new prescription on ther special - tested sunglasses for free. At first I decided not to take the sunglasses and received a discount of only R500. So this tells me that they can give you gladses for R500. I paid in almost R4000. Later I decided to take the sunglasses and had to pay the R500 plus R150 for courier costs. It has now almost been 4 weeks and I still had not received the sunglasses. I asked for my money back as I dont want the glasses any more. How long must one wait. They promise 10 working days at the longest. Are they another ripp-off company? I certainly think so! I went there on recommendation but it was a big mistake. They are dishonest
