Poor service

I was very impressed with the initial service I recieved from the optometrist and his assistants at Spec savers until I found myself constantly going there because they keep giving me expired trial contact lens since I've been waiting for my order of air optix lens since September last year with no feedback from the store. Two months after I got new glasses from them the frame broke which they replaced with a new frame but this entire experience with them has just been unpleasant to say the least. I will not use Spec savers ever again. A similar thing happened to my brother at the Maponya branch (broken frame in 2 months) which has me thinking the entire spec savers franchise lacks quality customer care service and integrity. Very disappointed!
