Poor Response

Was told ny glasses would take 2-3 Weeks. 3 Weeks is here. Spec Savers said they would phone back No call received. Eye test done on the 3rd and Medial Aid billed on the 3rd. They have been paid even though I don't have my glasses. So no comeback.
