Poor quality-Second time frame snapped at the same place

This is the second time my frame snapped at the same place. When I asked after I fetched my glasses after they replaced the frame, they ensured me that it won't happen again.

It snapped the same place a second time. Common sense will tell u that probably the lens was not cut properly and need to be trimmed at the lab. They just wanted a quick fix.
