Poor Quality Lenses Received at Specsaver Vaal Mall

I would like to complain about the poor quality of spectacles I got from specsavers in Vaal Mall. We have subsequently moved to Western Cape and I visited the Weskus Specsaver Branch and was told that this is a factory problem but the claim will be submitted to insurance but there will be a 20% co-payment which amounts to R350 per lens. I have a problem with the fact that this on its own is already said to be a factory problem and the owner could not have damaged the lens due to negligence but the owner is expected to pay in ? Could I please have this matter receive attention as to the fault on the spectacles that now need to be carried by the owner ?
