Poor quality and finishing product.

I want to commend the optometrist for her exceptional skills and professionalism. She is highly knowledgeable, thorough in her examinations, and truly cares about her patients. However, the biggest disappointment comes from the craftsmanship of the final product. The quality and finishing are extremely poor, especially considering the ridiculously high price. When you pay a premium, you expect a product that meets high standards, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

It’s frustrating to receive subpar workmanship after such excellent service from the optometrist. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality control of their products. Until then, I cannot justify the cost for what is being delivered.
