Poor Quality

I'm very disappointed with the quality of the frame of the spectacles I bought last year October in Zevenwacht for my daughter, in a four months period the handle came loose now she's struggling at school coz she can't wear the glasses I mean what the use of buying the new expensive frame but it's not the quality they advertising to people, right now I'm extremely angry on top of that I called Zevenwacht and when I showed them the picture of the broken handle the consultant have a nerve of telling me I must buy the new frame I wasnt told that the spectacles that I bought won't even lady a six months period meaning I must replace the spectacles now with the new frame just in one year , I'm still waiting for you Zevenwacht store to call me and fix my daughter's glasses as soon as possible.
