Poor poor service spec savers

Yesterday , 18/01/2023, I went to spec savers Southgate mall to purchase an eye test and glasses after seeing their ads online . I was so so disappointed with the service there . I came in and stood infront of the counter close to 5mins while the ladies behind were busy looking at something on the computer screen , totally ignoring me . After reluctantly pointing me to where I should look for my frame they continued ignoring my calls for assistance while they mostly just spoke to each other . I noticed a lot of other customers just standing there with nobody attending to them . One of the ladies then left the store and U noticed her standing and chatting on her phone . The staff have no name tags or anything that identifies them as employees . They looked at me like they were wondering why I was there , I finally just decided to leave . The store is small and seems understaffed with staff who just don't care about their clients .
