Poor Customer Service - Olivedale branch
Unacceptable service on new script. Lens not as ordered. Turnaround long. No calls to explain delay. Poor customer service in all. Collection at 5pm deemed after hours yet store open until 5.30 but nobody to escalate to. Next day told Optometrist can only attend to issues after 11.30... yet core operational hours are 9 to 5.30pm
