Poor customer service at Spec-Savers, Killarney Mall

The staff at Spec-Savers, Killarney mall are very unhelpful and rude at the front desk. There is no etiquette in terms of greeting a customer upon walking into the store. You wait at the desk where they pay no attention to you whilst they are busy on their desktops, having a fat conversation between themselves until you ask for assistance. Once I finally got assistance, the lady began to yell whilst explaining what needed to be done in order to pop my lenses into another frame. She kept yelling and asking "MA'AM WHICH FRAME IS BIGGER TO YOU" where she then proceeded to grab it out of my hand to self measure. Absolutely trash service. I will never return and i will most definitely urge others not to do so as well. Get your act together.
