Poor Customer Service

I went to Spec-Savers in Promenade Mall 2 weeks ago and had spectacles made. I got 2 missed calls from them. I returned the call and was promised a call back which never happened. Today again I called and nobody bothered to call me back. Really pathetic customer service. Ironically I get a message from my medical aid to inform me that the claim has been submitted. They can claim their money like clockwork but cannot return a phone call? I honestly regret ever making that appointment.
