Please check their quotes for the details, they are very clever to quote less but cost more

I phoned around for quotes to have glasses done and Spec savers quote was the lowest and they were running a special. I booked an appointment with them. When she was booking my glasses she asked me if I wanted to go for the thin lenses. I was not aware that there was a difference but then asked if there is a price difference. She said yes and quoted me R5000 more. I was quite shocked and said no . When I got my glasses they had very thick lenses and as a result are very heavy. It hurts my nose and ears and constantly slides down my nose, never in the right position. The other quotes I got was actually cheaper because nobody quoted me thick lenses. I feel that it is dishonest to quote so low but not explaining that you are quoting thick lenses. Please be aware when you receive quotes from them that they are in fact not quoting fairly
