PLEASANT SURPRISE FROM AMAZING STAFF

I have been a client of SpecSavers for many years. Last week I popped into SpecSavers in Sunridge Park, PE to ask if they could fix my frame, the nose support broke off, the most helpfull and friendly lady at the counter took my specs and ask told me that she will go and ask the Technician if he will be able to fix the frame, after a few minutes she came back and said it will take a while I should take a seat, well it was about 30 minuts lates when she came to me with my old frame and they had put my lenses into another frame, when I asked what the cost is she said: "Nothing" even though it was not a "new" frame I did not expect to get it for free, I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the helpfulness that I received, Thank You so much to the Reception staff and Technician at the Sunridge Park SpecSavers branch.
