Payment discrepancy and Clicks points

Mom went to do specs at Specsavers Shoprite park Parow, she advised me Gems did not cover tint and the lady assisted her advised will be R1200 extra. I then called them later that day, to pay the extra amount for the tint via EFT. She then sent me a new quote via email but the amount was now higher R1400 ofwhich did not question it, just paid nd sent POP. 2days after called to check if POP was recieved, she advised they did but the amount is short suppose to be R1700 I asked why cause they told mom 1200 then 1400 on quote now 1700 Why does it go up everytime and if that the case cancel tint. She later came back to say its fine will do the tint with the amount I paid. Im upset because they stressed my mom and I had to take over. Why must I fear that ur staff will take advantage of elderly people cause when I called my mom she told her, she must pay the balance, balance not sure where it came from and Im sure she is going to deny even the first quote verbally cause she thinks, she is dealing with child. Im really not happy how they treated my mom cause even when she advised everything is sorted, I asked her to call my mom, the client and she advised she is on it but No she did not call her. My mom also asked about Clicks points, why we were not asked for clicks card? Cause we only saw on the quote they sent after that Specsaver uses clicks and never we have been ever asked for that and we loyal members there. I just did my specs in Jan and no one asked,, not to mention other years. I paid almost R4000 when I asked her about my points she advsed its now far back but she took my moms when she asked over the phone. Im sure they use their cards to get points and I want this investigated that no one used her card to get points and I want my points nd my moms X
