Paying for the replacement of faulty lenses is unfair.

7 months after I received new spectacles from Tygervalley branch I tested my eyes at the same branch (for which I paid) because of constant migraines. It revealed that my prescription had changed. When I enquired about new lenses I also discovered that the crack that I had seen on the lenses were due to faulty lenses that needed to be replaced. The branch agreed to replace the lenses, but only with the old prescription. I was quoted the amount of R2200 for asking that the faulty lenses be replaced with the new prescription. This is very unfair as the lenses have to be replaced in any case due to the coating having cracked up. For the inconvenience the branch should at least have offered to replace the lenses on my sunglasses also. Instead, I am being charged for asking them to do merely an administrative procedure of changing the prescription. I now want my money back that I spent 9 months ago.
