Pathetic service poor customer service and unaccomadating

I’ve had the worst experience from Spec-Savers Florida in Goldman street with an insurance claim. Ownership had changed and because of that we had to wait a whole 2 months for them to give us a quote. Upon receiving the quote, the quote was triple the amount than my initial amount I paid in for a new pair 6months ago yet you as the client is liable for 20%. There service sucks after querying the quoted amounts I again had to wait 2 weeks for them to give me an answer. Eventually after 2 months I receive the quotes for myself and my daughter, I politely asked them if I could pay half now and the other half in 2 weeks time. After all of the inconvenience they put me through they were not at all willing to accommodate after having to be patient all the time and being told the system is not ready and is due to the change in ownership and being under new management. This store will lose business when Bongani owned it, we never had these issues in the past 3 years that I have been using this store. Do not use spec-abusers(savers) in Florida Goldman street they are useless
