Pathetic service from Specsavers Heidelberg
Received only very bad service from Specsavers. I waited 4 weeks for my glasses and now my husband already waiting 3 weeks. We call and call and get no direct answers as the lab can’t give them a definite time. They will never call you just to keep you posted on your glasses, if you don't follow up, you will wait FOREVER!!!!! Pathetic service, really!!!
