Pathetic service from specsaver

I wrote the last time about specsaver in the junxion mall and they called me and couldn't reach me as I was at work. They sent me an email asking what is the convenient time to call I said it's 13:00, guess what they never called. I had to go to their store and they gave me the week and said they will send details with the date and time. I am still waiting for that text or email.
