Pathetic Service from Sec-Savers

Been dealing with Spec Savers for many years. 2 Years ago, I picked up a problem. My spectacles had taken more than 4 weeks to come. When it came, it broke even before I could take it out the store. It took them 2 hrs. to fix but it was never right. I chocked it down to a one in a lifetime glitch and continued with life. This year, I had my eye test done @ over R500. I chose my frames and paid in full as I always do. Over R4000. I was promised delivery in two weeks. Three weeks later and I still don't have my glasses! Now I'm told it will be another few days. Really pathetic service from SpecSavers. This will be my last OVERPRICED deal with them.
