Pathetic service
I had my eyes tested at Woodbridge, Kempton Park on 20 Feb. I was told 7 to 10 working days for collection. Today, (10 working days later) i get a call saying that ETA is 17 March! That's 19 working days!!!! Totally unacceptable!! The med aid claim was already paid 4 days ago, so i expect my glasses to be ready by Monday 7 March
